Early Morning: Colosseum and Roman Forum Start your day early to beat the crowds and head straight to the Colosseum, one of Rome's most iconic landmarks. Consider booking tickets in advance to skip the lines. After exploring the Colosseum, walk over to the nearby Roman Forum, where you can immerse yourself in the ancient ruins of temples, basilicas, and government buildings. 2.
